Rangitahi, Raglan, Waikato

Winding gravel pathway and ribboned native groundcovers framing a modern timber pavilion deck with climbing vines in Rangitahi Raglan by For the Love of Landscape.

Designed in 2020, for this garden the client's wanted predominantly native plants, in a contemporary low maintenance style.

Bands of vigorous native groundcovers in a variety of colours and textures fill spaces, blocking weeds.

Changes in level became feature with  a rock wall / haha stepping down to the costal reserve access, framed with attractive native plants. Rock walls formed herbs gardens in close access to kitchen.

And the sunny north corner became a lush vegetable garden and orchard space, proving that garden's don't need to be large to pack a punch.
